The Foundation for Adolescent Development, (FAD) Inc. developed an approach to learning the subject of adolescent reproductive health in a manner referred to as “Experiential Learning.” Rather than just lecturing, participants are engaged in activities which offer fun, innovation, creativity and focused learning.
The LPE is an interactive program which helps answer the questions: Who am I?; Where am I going? And How do I get there?
The LPE consists of 9 modules:

In 1998, FAD made LPE an integral component of select short-term vocational skills training programs for the urban poor youth of Pandacan, Paco, Sta Ana and Pasay City.
In 2001, FAD replicated the use of the LPE Program among 6 NGOs serving children and youth in need of special protection namely:
• Don Bosco Youth Center – Tondo Inc.
• Families and children Empowerment Development (FCED), Inc.
• Kanlungan sa Er-MA Ministry Inc.
• ERDA Technical and Vocational Secondary School
• Leto Christian Care Inc.
• Unang Lingap Kapwa Philippines, Inc.
Evidences indicate that LPE can be integrated in existing youth programs. In 2004, FAD collaborated with the National Youth Commission for the use of the LPE program among 32 youth organizations in Bulacan, Laguna and Manila capacitating 150 youth leaders.
The LPE 9 Module Program can be conducted in 3 full days; for a fee.
